There are times when we get very strict with ourselves regarding our weight, complexion and over all style quotient. To most of us, this is just a passing phase, a month or two in the gym, an hour or two in the parlor, an hour or two in the mall and we have reached our goal. The next moment we become the most pathetically dressed, dry skinned girls with every day counting as a bad hair day. While you can see the other kind of girls who step in the house exactly the way they stepped out of it. We wonder whether she was standing outside the door when she said she will be going to the disc or party. Well, they do go places, they are dressed to nine always and have their make up on like second skin. Well then, what is the reason behind the other kind of women? Is it lethargy, laziness, or perhaps they look into mirrors less often.
It is a basic assumption that no women born, can want and not be tidy. Women who go through this condition are identified to be under stress in their subconscious mind. It is seen that working women undergo this phase a lot. Not to forget lactating new mothers, as well as girls who go through a depressive teen. Is there some way in which the phase can be prolonged or it stays. Yes, there are. First of all it should be noted that this kind of phase has psychological therapy interference too, be it administering on a self level, but there is. Here is how you can cope up with the situation at hand-
-First of all take a depression test, an anxiety test and a personality test from a good psychological study website online. There are tests available online for free. If the score indicates that you are depressed enough to seek attention, then go seek it.
-Secondly, throw out all your old ill fitting clothes, ones and for all. A tuck here and a tuck there wont help the dress to look as new. Bring in bright colored stylish clothes, and a pair of shorts, if you wanted them to wear since a long time. Don't have the body, well, every size is available nowadays. You will automatically draw motivation to loose those love handles.
-Thirdly, take yoga or meditation classes instead of opting for rigorous gym routines. You can also take up cycling and award yourself with the scenery of the nearest green patch around your vicinity. There is no definition to rejuvenation better than the above.
-Fourthly, try to not go online on facebook, twitter, Myspace more than once in a day. Stop chatting all together, and tell anybody who has something to talk about, to come over at your place. Share a coffee and talk it out.
-Fifth, mark the calendar for parlor days. It is not recommended though, but a regular visit to the parlor might also result in a more groomed you. Increasing your overall confidence.
-Sixth, go for a holiday bi-weekly. Holiday would mean a day out in the open woods, by the beach, towards historical places of relevance or such, preferably alone or with a friend.
-Seventh, indulge in talking to yourself standing in front of mirror, most doubts, stressful situations are because you don't know what is going around and why it is that way.
-Eighth, if you are in a relationship, try and analyze your stand. Is your relationship expectation levels that are not met with causing stress subconsciously? If yes, think is it worth your stress? Well, lets be clear no stress is worth, talk to that person or simply cut the cords off.
-Ninth, bath twice daily, it has been proved that bathing time is the most rejuvenating time. Gift yourself that time, feel good about it.
-Tenth, imbibe high fiber food in your diet. If you are unable to do so, take supplements like “Isabghol”, “Wheat grass juice/powder” and etc, on a long term basis. Have fiber as it helps to absorb toxins and helps the body to get rid of it too. You can eat anything that you like, while keeping calorie dense foods in the no-no window.
All the points above, if followed religiously should be able to get you out of the lethargy or mental stagnancy phase that you are going through. Your will to be tip-top and look beautiful will rise again. As you must have noticed, that no strenuous or out of the way things have been mentioned here. You can very well adopt all the points in your lifestyle and get used to it. Go on, you are totally worth to give those tip-top girls a chase for their part of limelight.
